Parody of a Hater
Before I continue with the singing vids, I’m going to tell you about a little episode I had on Youtube, and a video I put together about those events.
I must be getting somewhere on Youtube, because I had my first “Hater”. The usual things happened, that I saw on other Youtube channels. Plenty of insults. The hater hid behind anonymity. Nothing unusual there. It’s how I handled it that was different. Most Youtubers will block Haters after they have made their first comments. I thought I’d approach it in another way and decided to talk to them. What happened in the end was pretty ironic. I’m not going to reveal that now though. It would spoil the surprise.
After it was all over, I decided to make a video about it all, in a silent movie style. I used the music of Elton John for this one. I uploaded this to another channel on Youtube called “Jeffhasspoken”. I created a second channel because I wanted to do other videos, but I didn’t want to mix them up with my music vids.
The video hit off really well and earned the honour of second most discussed comedy video in the UK for the day. This was due to it getting a load of comments, and the comments are still coming in. I didn’t realise that other people would find it so funny
Check the video out, and see what happened.
Next, it’s back to the music vids, and catch up time.

Where do I start? That is, I appreciate, something of a rhetorical question. How do we handle the “well done” thing without making the poor recipient so self-absorbed that they end up wheeling their ego round in a wheelbarrow? I guess there is a simple answer. With every accolade, ensure that one includes “room for improvement”. So here’s the accolade: well done - superb - quality in video post production, quality in incisive wit and quality music as ever from the jeffstunes stable. The “room for improvement bit”? Next time, try not to be so forgiving to your altogether so unappreciative fan
